Lawn fawnatics challenge 7 watercolour

There is a fun new challenge over at Lawn fawnatics blog.
The challenge is watercolour.
As always this challenge is sponsored by Lawn Fawn.

I water coloured both my image and my background.
The background is made using distress inks and the image is zig clean color pens.
The sentiment was stamped onto one of the slider dies.
Once the panel was finished I added it to some patterned paper.

Lawn fawnatics challenge 6 cheerful get well

We have a super fun challenge starting on the Lawn fawnatics blog today.
Cheerful get well!
As always this challenge is sponsored by Lawn fawn and one lucky randomly selected winner will win $25 to spend at

My card for the challenge is very bright and cheerful.
I have made a fun shaker card.
To start I die cut a panel that I had coloured with distress inks and water splatters with the scalloped rectangles.

Then cut a smaller rectangle from it to use inside while keeping the other part for the outer frame.
All of the images use the Get well soon mini stamp set and matching dies.
All of the images were stamped with black archival ink then water coloured with zig clean color markers.

Im really pleased with how this card turned out but i wish i had stamped little face on the plasters.
I hope you join in with the challenge.
Thanks so much for looking.

Sunday, 7 May 2017

Its Kate here today and I have made a clean and simple card inspired by the current black white and bright challenge.
The challenge is open until Sunday 14th.

I made my white card base then splashed some black ink spray directly to it.
Then set that aside to dry.
The pinata from year seven stamp set was stamped in black archival ink on water colour card.
I used clean color brush pens to water colour the image.
The sentiment comes from happy happy happy stamp set.
Before adding the main image I stamped some sweets.
The image was added using foam squares.
Being a clean and simple card I used little touches to add more details.
Some glitter pen on main image and the sweets and some glossy accents on the sweets.
Thanks for looking.

Lawn fawnatics challenge 3 Outstanding occasions

Challenge three from Lawn fawnatics is live  and we would love to see your cards for outstanding occasions.
This covers all sorts from birthdays weddings any anniversaries or big milestones in your life.
As always there will be a randomly picked winner who will receive $25 to spend with Lawn Fawn.

I chose a Bon voyage card using bicycle built for you stamp set.
I did some masking so that the little girl was sat on the bike.
All images were stamped in Black archival ink and then water coloured with inktense pencils.
I made the background using watercolour paper pad from Lawn Fawn.
The image was fussy cut and then added to the card using foam tape.
The finishing touch was to add some mixed sequins.

Thanks for looking.

Lawn fawnatics challenge 2:interactive card

Time for a super fun new challenge from Lawn Fawnatics.
For challenge two we would love to see interactive cards.
So many options available with this from shakers to sliders and more.
The challenge is sponsored by Lawn Fawn.

For my card I have used the Pinata from year 7 stamp set to make a spinner card.
The image was stamped and coloured with copics.
I stamped one normal image and one was reversed stamped so that image is correct on both sides.

I stamped the smaller images inside the card so they are behind the spinner part of the card.
On the front of the card I added a die cut stitched rectangle of patterned paper from the perfectly plaid rainbow petite paper pad.
I then stamped the sentiment  and added some clear glitter pen to the images.
